Door Core

Door core boards are made from Albasia timber strips with butt joints. There are a single-layer core and a core of three-layers. Three-layers of door core are three layers of butt-jointed falcata stave cores sandwiched together in separate parallel order to make it a stronger construction relative to a single-layer panel board. To ensure uniform thickness and make it easier for customers to put decorative materials on it, both sides are finely sanded.
